VirtualCare Assistants have been great workers for our team at VDECC in Texas. I have worked closely with them on patients that I see on a day to day basis. They are always on task and takes on a load like as if it was for themselves. Virtual Care Assistants has been an incredible support for our practice. Our VCA has proven to be one of the biggest blessings to our company! Sher is always willing to help in a pinch with an uplifting/positive attitude that is inspiring and calming! He has made our referrals process more streamlined, proficiently handles verification of insurance eligibility, and assists in collections of past due accounts with polite professionalism, while also managing many other tasks. Working with EZ MD solutions was the best decision I could have made for my private practice. I only wish I made this change sooner! Onboarding has been seamless, they integrated right into the system I already have built and freed up so much of my time!
