I've worked with our virtual medical assistant for over a year at DFW Kidney Care Clinic, and he has been an outstanding part of our practice. He handles charting support, patient calls, task management, and day-to-day workflow with real reliability and initiative. Most recently he cleared a backlog of more than 1,600 tasks, closed out pending encounters and superbills, and coordinated with the scribe team so nothing fell through the cracks, then asked what else he could take on. He is responsive, organized, and easy to work with, and he makes a busy nephrology practice run more smoothly. I'm very appreciative of his work and highly recommend VMA's services.

I couldn’t be happier with our assistant! She is such a blessing and takes care of all of my patients’ intake (pre-appointment) and post-appointment tasks. She is extremely organized, thorough, and my patients love her. They tell me so during their appointments, which has never happened with previous employees in her role!
